PCB Services Status Report



Connection issues to the SOLIDWORKS PCB Services may require some assistance from the technical support team at SOLIDWORKS. In order expedite this effort, please follow the instructions provided below and submit it via support@ninedotconnects.com.

To create a SOLIDWORKS® PCB Services Status Report, follow these steps:

  • Run the 'SOLIDWORKS PCB Services Status Report' shortcut from the Windows® ‘Start’ menu, or double-click the 'AltiumVaultStatusReport.exe' file. The default location of this file is: C:Program FilesSOLIDWORKS CorpSOLIDWORKS PCB ServicesStatusReportTool
  • Select the option 'I agree to share this data with DS SOLIDWORKS Corp'.
  • Click on 'Collect the information'.
  • Specify a name for the report file and the location in which you want to save it.

The report includes the following information:

  • Internet Information Services (IIS) information
  • SOLIDWORKS PCB Services logs
  • Data Provider information
  • .NET Framework configuration
  • Windows Events that relate to IIS
  • Windows configuration and list of installed software
